Every June, our farm starts to feel a little busier and a lot more connected.
Not just in the blooming rows of purple (though those are stunning), but in the familiar and new faces who make their way to our fields. We pack the beginning of June with opportunities to slow down and enjoy the season, from our U-Pick Lavender experience to photography workshops, a sunset stroll, and even a feast in the fields.
And we’re reminded: this is what agritourism is really about — the people who come to experience it.
The Power of Place-Based Experiences
When we started offering U-Pick lavender, we hoped people would enjoy the experience, the beauty, and the chance to take something home. What we didn’t expect was how our farm would become a gathering place for couples on day trips, families looking for something different, and solo visitors just wanting a quiet afternoon outside. It’s been amazing to watch.
Agritourism gives people a reason to slow down, get outside, and connect with a space that’s usually behind the scenes. And for small farms like ours, it’s also a way to keep doing what we love, while sharing it with others in a meaningful way.
Every time someone joins us to sip lavender lemonade in the sun or cut their bouquet during U-Pick, they’re not just supporting a small business. They’re supporting pollinators, local artisans, and handmade products.
What to Expect This Season
If you’ve never visited during lavender bloom, now’s the time. Our 2025 U-Pick season runs from May 30 to June 15, open Fridays and Saturdays only, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Looking for even more to do while you're here? Check out all the June happenings and upcoming events on this page.
We love that people leave with a bundle of lavender. But even more than that, we love it when they leave with a story about their afternoon on the farm, their kid picking flowers for the first time, or the moment they finally got that perfect photo.
That’s the real power of agritourism. It makes space for connection, and that’s something we could all use more of.
